Our Coffee Roaster Is Not Just Your "Average Joe," pardon the pun...

Dale Firebaugh is a local roaster from Stuart, Virginia, owner of the Honduras Coffee Company. Dale and his family started their coffee venture together in 1997. Armando Contreras, a fourth generation Honduras coffee farmer ships directly to Stuart, Virginia where Dale fresh roasts the coffee as orders are placed and ships immediately to businesses locally and across the United States.

We at Lucie Monroe coffee's feel very fortunate to be apart of this rich Honduran family history and are excited to be working with Dale and his family on customizing some of our own personal roasts and blends in the future to share with our customer base in Christiansburg Virginia.

Lucie Monroe's will also offer many other fine Arabica coffees from around the world including organic, fair trade, shade and single origin.
